Pacsun and McDonald’s Launch McDonaldland-Themed Apparel Collection Nationwide

LOS ANGELES, August 18, 2025 (V SHADES) — Fashion retail company Pacsun has partnered with McDonald’s to launch an exclusive apparel and accessories collection inspired by the return of McDonaldland. The Pacsun x McDonaldland Collection became available on August 12 and includes themed items for men and women, as well as promotional activations and in-app loyalty features.

The collaboration supports the launch of a limited-edition McDonaldland Meal and features nostalgic designs drawn from the 1970s McDonaldland campaign. Pacsun’s role in the campaign includes retail distribution and the rollout of immersive experiences, both in-person and digital. The partnership was facilitated by McDonald’s licensing agency, IMG Licensing.

The women’s collection includes sweat sets, baby tees, hoodies, pants, mini shorts, and themed accessories such as barrettes, claw clips, scrunchies, and tote bags. Graphics reference characters like Grimace and the Hamburglar, along with imagery from the original McDonaldland setting. The men’s collection includes oversized tees, denim jackets and shorts, hoodies, and hats designed to resemble souvenir items from fictional landmarks within McDonaldland.

The drop also includes accessories such as license plate frames, floor rugs, a doormat, and a knitted blanket. Items are priced from $10 to $80, and the women’s collection is offered in sizes XXS through XXL.

Promotional events tied to the launch include Pacsun’s participation at ThriftCon in Denver on August 9–10, a flagship event at Pacsun Soho on August 14, and an in-app feature within the McDonald’s app loyalty program starting August 12. As part of the campaign, McDonald’s loyalty points can be redeemed for Pacsun discounts.
