NEW YORK, July 25, 2026, (V SHADES) -- Fashion brand Kate Spade New York has appointed Jonathan Saunders as Executive Creative Director, effective Aug. 26, 2026.

Saunders will oversee the brand’s product design and visual identity. He will report to Brand President and Chief Executive Officer Eva Erdmann.

Saunders has more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry and has worked with brands including Alexander McQueen, Diane von Furstenberg, Calvin Klein, Tiffany & Co., and Pucci. He most recently served as Chief Creative Officer of & Other Stories.

Saunders was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and graduated from Central Saint Martins at the University of the Arts London. He will relocate to New York and work from Kate Spade New York’s headquarters in Hudson Yards.
