Urban Outfitters and DoorDash Launch On-Demand Retail Partnership

PHILADELPHIA, May 13, 2026 (V SHADES) — Retail brand Urban Outfitters has partnered with DoorDash to expand into on-demand retail, allowing customers to shop its assortment directly through the DoorDash platform.

The nationwide partnership enables shoppers to purchase Urban Outfitters’ fashion, accessories, beauty, gifting and lifestyle products for delivery, aligning with increased demand for convenience among younger consumers. According to YouGov data, nearly two in five Gen Z consumers order delivery weekly.

The partnership launches alongside “Deliver Joy,” a campaign timed with graduation season. The initiative includes experiential activations across the country and a limited-time promotional offer. Eligible customers can receive 30% off orders of $50 or more, up to $30 off, through May 27 using promo code URBANSAVE30 on DoorDash.

The collaboration also supports Urban Outfitters’ annual “Special Delivery” graduation initiative, which began in 2025 and focuses on responding to organic graduation invitations with curated deliveries. This year’s program expands through DoorDash as part of the brand’s broader effort to integrate into milestone moments for its customers.

Customers can access Urban Outfitters’ storefront through the DoorDash app beginning May 13.
