New Era and Josh Allen Release 2025 Billustration Re-Cap to Benefit Patricia Allen Fund
BUFFALO, N.Y., May 22, 2026 (V SHADES) — Sports apparel company New Era Cap LLC has announced the release of the 2025 Billustration Re-Cap in collaboration with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.

The limited-edition cap combines design elements from nine 9FORTY® Billustration Team Caps worn by Allen during each Bills home game in the 2025 NFL season. Each original cap was designed by a patient from Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and was worn by Allen during a home game before being signed, authenticated, and auctioned to benefit the Patricia Allen Fund.

According to the company, the nine auctions raised a total of $140,230 for the Patricia Allen Fund, which supports critical care teams at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.

The 2025 Billustration Re-Cap incorporates artwork from patients Jaxson, MaKenzie, Charlie, Bryn, Carson, Max & Ben, Ruby, Nico, and Morgan. The cap retails for $50.30, and proceeds from sales will benefit the Patricia Allen Fund.
“Last season's Billustration campaign with New Era made every tunnel fit a truly memorable one, and I was proud to showcase each patient's creativity on game day. We heard the public's overall demand to get their hands on these one of one caps, and I think this release answered that call. Seeing all nine designs come together on this Re-Cap is really special, and knowing it will continue to support the Patricia Allen Fund and the amazing care provided at Golisano Children's Hospital makes it even more meaningful,” said Allen.
Allen expanded his partnership with New Era during the 2025 NFL season and was named the company’s first-ever “Director of Billustration.” To mark the launch, the participating families gathered at New Era’s headquarters in Buffalo, where Allen and company executives presented a check for $140,230 to the Patricia Allen Fund.
